Metaltech Precision, part of Expromet Technologies Group, delivers world-class CNC machining and fabrication solutions for performance-critical industries. Our sq. ft. facility in Chard, Somerset delivers complex machined and fabricated components to the highest standards of precision, reliability and quality to industries spanning aerospace, defence, energy, rail and marine. Our extensive in-house capabilities include CNC turning, milling and five-axis machining, as well as fabrication, assembly, finishing and CMM inspection. With machining envelopes from 0.5mm to and overhead cranage up to 25 tonnes, we can handle everything from intricate sliding-head components up to large, heavy fabrications. We operate a culture of continuous improvement, underpinned by AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO14001 and JOSCAR accreditations. Automated processes, dedicated machining cells and a highly skilled team ensure consistency, efficiency and flexibility across ranging batch sizes and materials, including exotic alloys.
