MeTAzeit combines, like no other concept for healthy school in germany, sport with mindfulness and meditation, as well as the necessary of a daily time structure for practice. Practicing together every day at school ensures a better learning and relationship culture, less stress, more well-being, self-care, self-awareness and self-efficacy. The MeTAtime(s) are integrated into everyday school life as short impulses, in addition to breaks and lessons. MeTAzeit is therefore, the transfer of knowledge and joint practice for important life skills, as well as the deep desire for a new time unit in everyday school life: energy breaks that refresh, that empower, and also have an relaxing effect too, when necessary.
