Given our experience with DE & I in organizations, we think that DE & I initiatives will have a more sustainable effect when integrated in Leadership development. The changing demography of the talent pool, in our view, will also effect the leadership profile. Meaning will be an important driver for future leaders. For them to find this in their careers, they will need leaders whose own meaning and passion permeates and inspirers the next generation of leaders and the company culture. Becoming future proof needs a rewiring of the corporate brain.
