Metro’s Investors have well over $50 Billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) and are actively seeking control and non-control investment opportunities in the range of $2 million to $250 million. The launch of this new investment platform offers institutional equity, debt financing, and mezzanine finance for small to medium-sized private and public companies with headquarters located in North America (US and Canada) with a minimum trailing twelve EBITDA of $2 million or greater. Capital deployments can be used for many scenarios including seeking growth capital to further expand operations to grow organically, make an acquisition, raise capital to fund a management buyout, finance a take private transaction, provide additional liquidity to the company and/or its shareholders, or recapitalize the balance sheet with more affordable capital that aligns with management goals.
