Metro54

Metro54 is a platform where the principles of makers of colour are embedded in the policies of the organization, and where these perspectives are an integral part of the program. Since our inception in 2009, Metro54 has been focusing on various approaches in its interactive (street) exhibitions, radio shows, insta-lives,(group) shows, installations, zines, manifestations, experiments and meetings. Off the beaten path, a wealth of creativity and artistic practices exist and arise; this is where Metro54 finds its inspiration. In recent years, we have realised projects in various cities with a variety of parties. From neighbourhood shops, and community centres, to exhibition projects at Framer Framed Amsterdam, Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam.
