MetroRail Ltd was incorporated in 2008 in Lagos-Nigeria with its focus on advanced hi-tech transportation and ultra-modern real estate development. The scope of the company’s operations covers infrastructure construction of elevated rail systems, metropolitan railways, highways and municipal road network, tunnel design and construction, bridge construction, water distribution and biomass power supply facility, telecommunications, industrial and civil construction, and other related municipal projects. Other services provided includes: project management, survey and design consultancy; manufacturing; real estate development; capital investment and logistics operations; administrative support and document control. The Company also offers its services to project companies set up and managed by governmental and non-governmental entities and promotes capital operations with these entities utilising the best suited investment/operation option available to wit: Build and Transfer (BT); Build Operate and Transfer (BOT); Build Operate and Own (BOO) and Public Private Partnerships
