METS is a sport science testing, coaching, and education company based in Mulgrave, Victoria. We specialise in enhancing endurance performance using sport science testing equipment and deep analysis of the data; identifying your physiological strengths & weaknesses, and then prescribing training to turn your weaknesses into strengths. We bring this experience to the classroom; specifically years 11 & 12 VCE Physical Education. Taking advanced sport science equipment to schools allows us to practically teach the VCE PE study design whilst the students get to experience cool technology not usually accessable to schools.
