Mets Private Gym

METS is a private gym in the heart of Glasnevin. We believe that getting fit and staying healthy shouldn't be another cause of stress. We know that for any changes to be lasting, you need to enjoy the effort you put in. At METS we offer personal one-to-one training, so it's just you, your coach, and your own private gym. We also have a pre-work group fitness offering three mornings per week where you can join a group of eight trained by our Head Coach. In addition to this, we cater for amateur and developing athletes who need that little bit extra from their training.
