Metta Labs

Metta Labs is a “do tank” that facilitates the navigation of complex problems through designing, testing and implementing product service ecologies. Metta brings together nonprofits, technologists, private and public sector stakeholders into Metta Labs where programs and partnerships are co-developed and tested in a collaborative setting. Leveraging a unique combination of lean, design and systems thinking participants are guided through the Metta methodology, where participants are able to reveal root causes and key leverage points for systemic solutions as well as key influences and partnerships that will enable solutions to scale and positive systems to strengthen. Lab participants develop their solutions iteratively with the purpose of scaling impact in a cost and operationally efficient way. The Metta Lab team works at the systems level to gather systems level data to better inform funding decisions and understanding of where the most impact can be made.
