i apply rich design thinking to business development. beginning with brand communication strategy, i work closely in open dialogue with my clients to establish needs and goals for their organization. i love open conversations with clients and together, we generate ideas and hone them to arrive at an overall identity that is remarkable, focused and memorable. the organization's online presence is key to its success in the modern age. i design and develop this as the flagship of the brand. site design supports and expands the mission to suit established needs and goals in pointed, easy-to-use ways. this makes the resulting site a positive experience for the end user. as a full-service designer, i strategize beyond the digital to create full suites of identity in printed materials or whatever media suits the mission, from business cards to vehicle graphics and advertisements. we call these 'touchpoints.' beyond launch, i constantly revisit the products we've produced, working with my clients to asess those solutions' effectiveness and improve their reach. preferring to draw and paint as a child, i have always been an artist by nature. i believe there is no clear division between art, design and craft, and i bring the things i learn while blowing and casting glass, making paintings and writing to my professional services. to this day, i make original artwork that is available for sale.
