Mexican Table

Pati Jinich is a Mexican chef, author, TV host and founder of Mexican Table LLC. Mexican Table co-produces the three time James Beard award-winning and Emmy-nominated TV series Pati's Mexican Table, a part travelogue/part cooking show hosted by Pati Jinich. The series is now going on its 9th season and has a regular audience of 2 million viewers per episode on PBS and is available for streaming worldwide on Amazon Prime. Beyond the TV series, Mexican Table also creates short-form video series for social media, as well as customized digital and social media campaigns and content that Pati shares with her large, highly engaged digital following. Pati and her team have ample experience partnering with brands holistically to support their messaging efforts. Opportunities to partner include organic partnering in the TV series, commercial spots before and after the episodes, development of and talent for brand campaigns, and participation in live events. Additionally, Pati is the author of two cookbooks,"Pati's Mexican Table" and "Mexican Today," and a third one to be published October 2021 "Treasures of the Mexican Table" published by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. She is a regular guest on NBC Today, ABC Good Morning America, CBS This Morning and The Talk, Hallmark Channel Home and Family Show, NPR All Things Considered and Morning Edition, and other national media. She has been featured on the front page of The New York Times food section. Her food writing has appeared in The Washington Post, NPR's The Salt, and other publications.
