Mezzo Consulting, Llc

Mezzo Consulting, LLC is led by Alisa Neary (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker committed to improving the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals and families. Mezzo helps organizations, companies and communities recognize, understand and address social problems through professional training, project innovation and design, and cross-sector collaboration. A wide range of training options are offered to help organizations recognize and address trauma in their community or in their workplace. Mezzo supports clients in understanding and responding to the needs of trauma survivors; building trauma-informed services and workplaces; and supporting frontline staff in order to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout. Mezzo works with legal aid organizations to develop collaborative legal and social services and provides consultation around project innovation and design. The pillars of the organization are shared learning, creativity, and collaboration, and through these efforts, we can create safety and stability within families and communities.
