Mfe

Mission Focused Ethos, LLC — MFE — builds aircraft maintenance software for faster, clearer, and more data-driven flightline operations. MFE was founded from firsthand Air Force maintenance experience. As a 16-year Air Force veteran, our owner saw missions cancelled by unplanned maintenance issues and lived the chaos of trying to coordinate fixes before takeoff using Excel printouts, whiteboards, radios, and memory. Those outdated processes are still used to manage multi-million-dollar aircraft at critical moments when every minute matters. Our flagship app, ARM: Aircraft Repair Management, gives maintenance leaders, production teams, MOC, expediters, and technicians one shared operating picture for aircraft status, flying schedules, open issues, alerts, personnel actions, support requests, and commander-level visibility. ARM replaces fragmented updates with real-time coordination, digital tracking, and actionable insights that help teams move from reactive status-chasing to proactive mission execution. The platform is designed to improve Maintenance Command & Control by helping units monitor launch progress, delays, cancellations, red balls, repair milestones, support queues, and operational bottlenecks from any device. By capturing the data that is normally lost on paper or over radios, ARM also enables root cause analysis, trend reporting, manpower planning, predictive maintenance insights, and better go/no-go decisions. MFE was built on a simple belief: maintainers should spend less time chasing information and more time generating aircraft. One team. One view. Mission ready. The product is available now as a webapp, viewable in a browser on any device. It is securely hosted on the AWS US Govcloud. View more at
