MGK ENGINEERING is a team of professionals ensuring sustainable enterprise development through accumulated experience and the implementation of new technologies to meet societal needs in construction—with guaranteed quality, reasonable pricing, and environmental balance preservation. The company was established in April 2016, but its management and skilled workers have many years of joint experience. Team formation and experience accumulation began in 1996 during the construction of a youth residential complex in Kyiv. Since then, the team has completed over 60 projects as a general contractor, main contractor, or subcontractor, including state procurement projects. These include two buildings of the Kyiv City Heart Center, school construction, the reconstruction of NSC Olimpiyskiy, and 25-/34-story residential complexes with underground parking, utility tunnels, transformer substations, external engineering networks, and thermal modernization of preschools. The company independently performs the following works- installation of precast and monolithic foundations - assembly of precast concrete and reinforced concrete structures - construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures - erection of masonry and reinforced masonry structures - installation of internal power supply and lighting systems
