Based on our four pillars; Educating Researching Innovating Talking We deliver face to face mental health awareness/first aid training, education courses, workshops and CPD. We also have an online CPD platform with globally acclaimed authors presenting on a wide variety of topics. We share published research and studies relating to mental wellbeing. Talking to individuals, organisations and communities includes consultancy, hosting and attending events, Zoom webinars and social media. Our first innovation is the validated MHQ (mental health questionnaire), the only one of its kind created for the health, fitness and wellness industry. This psychometric tool which measures the trajectory of mental health using lifestyle factors, will allow for a more holistic approach to supporting staff and members in physical and mental wellbeing. Launching as the ‘Lifestyle Discovery Questionnaire’, it will be packaged with training, support and essential data collection.
