MicDrop was born from the heart and souls of two South African women, Gadifele Moeng and Michelle MacPherson who have an absolute passion for entrepreneurship, for innovation, for continually striving towards personal growth and for bringing people together to share their ideas. MicDrop aims to build a community for the creators, innovators, dreamers and for everyone and anyone who wants to share and learn. We want to bring people together to share, to learn, to create, to network and most importantly to grow, as growth is pertinent to self development. We believe in learning, constant learning = constant growth, we learn from each other, from those that have experienced and lived through things that can help us on our own journey of self-development and growth.
