For the duration of an engagement, I will join your team as a ‘gig economy’ sensory and consumer expert, leading discussions, bringing together cross functional team members and helping the team design, execute and interpret sensory and/or consumer research. Building on the diversity of thought from a career that spans government, startups and established CPG, I can help you navigate your unique consumer engagement needs. My experience includes leading sensory research through multiple product launches, redesigning and rehabilitating sensory testing spaces, developing and leading sensory and culinary trainings on 6 continents and have published new methods of measuring the emotional impact of consumption experiences. My primary focus over the years has been using rapid, low cost consumer testing methods to predict behavior and reduce risk.
