A born and raised New York girl, with a sassy attitude, Michelle has dedicated her life to help others crush self-doubt and live life on their own terms. As a Mindset Coach, Michelle works with clients to help them identify, discover and embrace that which makes them different – and help them harness that power and use it to their advantage. Michelle believes all people possess the ability to create positive change in their lives and she is passionate about encouraging individuals to discover their voice. Prior to coaching, Michelle spent 20 years in the corporate world directing employee relations programs. She has seen her clients surpass their wildest dreams, push themselves to achieve more, create wealth and build a strong body and mind. Combining her personal and professional life experience, keen intuition, and playful sense of humor is the hallmark of her success, and the foundation that allows her to guide clients to achieve a fulfilling and extraordinary life. As a Master Coach for Tony Robbins, Bianco has amassed thousands of hours of one-on-one personal coaching sessions. The sheer repetition of one on one coaching interactions is what distinguishes her from most all other coaches. She started her own private practice specializing in mindset change and found a passion for methods of unlocking and unleashing the forces inside a person. She uses this strategy and experience with her clients to help them dismantle limiting beliefs about themselves to create the quality of life they desire. Michelle lives in Long Island, NY with her husband, has two stepchildren and an adorable dog, Riley. Aside from being a professional ass-kicker, Michelle loves spending time with family, friends, exercising, and traveling.
