MAP assists over 1,500 individuals each year, offering Permanent Supported Housing, Supportive Services including case management, Rapid Re-Housing, Employment Training, Job Placement Services, and Representative Payee services. MAP’s mission is to partner with Veterans and people who have disabilities in support of their self-directed transformation to self-sufficiency.
