Freedom and fulfillment are huge values of mine. As a Life Coach, I share with others the tools to experience more freedom and fulfillment too. To do what I love and serve others, is the ultimate Dharma (purpose). I am a nerd who likes to take herself on as her own experiment, and I encourage others to have a sense of curiosity about themselves and what makes we humans tick. To work with individuals (and groups) that are committed to transformation, I believe, is what life is all about. It is my belief that every person has extraordinary potential and I am committed to all of our success. My offerings include tools (created over the last four decades by my mentor, Roger Lane) to organize change as efficiently as possible. We systemize each area of life and develop a strategy to create anything you desire. The goal is the most progress with the least amount of energy. First, through regular meditation, we become more conscious. If you don’t already have a meditation practice, I can guide you. As we become more aware, creating an ideal life becomes easy and effortless. Everything I have learned thus far in my life – as a Recruiter in the corporate world for 15+ years, as an Educator and current Faculty for Chopra Global (the premier provider of experiences, education, teacher trainings, and products that improve health and wellbeing), as a woman-owned small business owner, as a Mom of two young men (ages 19 and 22), and as a wife to my high school sweetheart for the last 25 years – I bring to my coaching and I am on this journey called LIFE with you!~Namasté
