We are based in Hong Kong with operating office in China. Microelle is comprised of two departments, The Trading Department and The Quality Department: The Trading Department offers services that allow our clients the lowest price, highest quality and fastest production for the desired product. We are able to offer these services because we live and work in China and have thus accumulated experience dealing directly with factory owners and workers. Our presence in China has yielded strong relationships allowing us to offer our clients the best services that are available. Furthermore we have professional relationships with high quality factories, and a first hand knowledge of how to achieve quality standards within this industry. The Quality Department is comprised of three parts: Quality Control, Auditing Services and Research of New Products within the Chinese Market. These services are a very valued part of Microelle, as we heavily emphasize on the importance of quality and consistency, while maintaining our goal as a company to be the client’s eyes in the factory. This goal makes Microelle a unique and desirable company to work with, as we have maintained our mission by ensuring all expectations are met in every order to date.
