Out main products are instruments for semiconductor wafer and package test. Our probe cards and testers are used for testing electrical characteristics of wafer during the semiconductor fabrication process before packaging, and test sockets (package probes) are for testing electrical characteristics after packaging. We also provide engineering wafer probers used for evaluation and analysis during research and development. With these highly reliable test and measurement technologies, we support the improvement of semiconductor productivity and quality and contribute to the evolution of the industry.
