Since 1965, Microphoto has provided complete in-house photochemically etched and formed metal parts from a process that allows the production of delicate, complex parts that would be costly and difficult to produce by other manufacturing processes. Our material comes from dependable suppliers, and we use precision measuring equipment to ensure all parts surpass applicable industry standards and customer specifications. Our worldwide customer base is in virtually every aspect of industries including Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Dental, Electronics, and Alternative Energy. Our parts are manufactured using the PhotoChemical Machining (PCM) process, a burr-free, stress-free, strain-free process. We also supply parts produced by more conventional methods such as Forming, Stamping, Laser Cutting, and Wire EDM, and offer secondary services such as Plating, Metal Finishing, and Non-Destructive Testing.
