Porex Corporation ("Porex"), a portfolio company of Los Angeles -based investment firm Aurora Capital Group, today announced that it has reached a settlement agreement with MicroPore Plastics, Inc.("MicroPore") that ends all pending intellectual property litigation between the parties. As part of the settlement agreement, Porex has taken ownership of MicroPore, including its intellectual property, technology and operations.
