We develop pad printing machines and systems with freely programmable printing sequences and full speed control of the pad stroke at every step. Our range of extensions includes cliché cooling, laminar flow, rotating and swiveling devices for precise positioning of the workpiece, as well as Viscomat systems for viscosity control. Safety cells, blow-off, and vacuum technologies complete our portfolio. A camera enables correction of part positioning, automatic setup, and print image quality control. With single-unit production, data collection, and OPC-UA integration, we meet the requirements of Industry 4.0.
