More than twenty years of self-employment have allowed me to get to know a wide variety of organizations and business challenges. This experience has not only taught me about working smarter but, most of all, about the nature of the service I want to provide to my clients. The central vision is transparency and knowledge sharing by which I can make a valuable contribution to the company even after my job is done, and I am gone. Though PRINCE2 certified, I have developed my own method of project management and consultancy that works for the organisation and the realisation of the goals and objectives- building a bridge between the relevant departments whereby all the persons concerned are being involved in the process- translating complex business concepts and marketing strategies into effective implementation and change projects- no over-ridged project management tactics and endlessly large documents and lengthy meetings- an emphasis on co-operation and transparency.
