Overview Microwave Concepts, Inc. was formed in 1997, with a mission to become a premier supplier of state-of-the-art RF and Microwave components, modules and Sub-systems to the Space, Military, and Telecommunications communities. In 2003 Micro-Con merged with Micronetics, Inc. Since the merger, Micro-Con, operating as a division of Micronetics, has experienced rapid growth (4X in 4 Years). Our facility in Fairfield, NJ includes a 3500 square foot state-of-the-art Class clean room where we manufacture and test ALL of our products. We currently supply complex microwave assemblies to many of the major military Radar and EW Subcontractors. We also provide highly integrated front-ends for commercial airborne DBS applications- Micronetics, Inc. and its subsidiaries (Mica Microwave, Stealth Microwave, Microwave Concepts "MicroCon") have been acquired by Mercury Computer Systems as of August 8th, 2012.
