Mid-Western Mentoring

The 8-month Mentoring Program is framed by sessions on Business Strategy, Marketing, HR & Recruitment, Finance, Technology and the Legal aspects of running a small to medium business - delivered by local experts. All participants (including Mentors) receive 1:1 Leadership Coaching by way of PRISM brain mapping with Founder, Program Manager and Certified Coach, Dr Pearl Daly-Swords. Training, feedback sessions and plenty of opportunities to network and collaborate by way of 'Fireside Chats' and 'Learning Circles' are all included in your investment of $1200 (payment plans available). A total of up to 40 hours of professional development is provided with a minimum mandated requirement of 10hours of attendance (initial Training and all Mentoring conversations). As Mentoring relationships are one-to-one, places on the 2022 Program are limited to ten (10) applicants. The successful applicants (Mentees) are paired with a suitable business Mentor and the 1:1 Mentoring conversations happen monthly (Mar-Oct). The program wraps up with a Graduation Ceremony with all parties including business experts and guest speakers invited. Both Mentors and Mentees alike will also receive 1:1 Coaching from Founder / Program Manager and certified Coach, Dr Pearl Daly-Swords.
