MIDAC Solutions, a leading-edge IT Solutions Support organization based in Toronto, was founded in 2006 to help businesses in Toronto and the surrounding GTA get the most out of their technology. Over the years we’ve helped many small businesses relieve their technology worries so that they can concentrate on growing their businesses and realizing their goals. The two principals, Mike Sigmundt and Dave Millier, have a combined 30+ years of IT experience, and MIDAC was born out of a belief that IT support should be and could be provided in a consistent straight forward fashion, using standardized methods. This “MIDAC methodology” introduces a model which allows us to provide IT support across varying industries. while always striving to provide our customers with the highest level of support possible. The end results of these efforts have made MIDAC Solutions a financially successful IT support organization that specializes in three areas: Ongoing IT Server and Desktop support, best-of-breed Hardware and Software sales, and Project-based IT Consulting services.
