Midas Security Services is one of the leading organisations within the Southwest of England, approaching security with a new style, utilising the decline in public services business’ are determined to keep their property, businesses and livelihoods protected. The approach is to use a younger staff force with a customer service focused work style to change the public opinion of door supervisors and security staff from the old style of bouncer. This is the goal of all the Midas staff, out on the front line and within the inner workings.
