MidasWorks is a training & development business based in NE Scotland offering a range of courses in areas such as leadership, project management, customer care, IT & soft skills. Midasworks delivers In-company and customised learning programmes, open training courses and blended learning. MidasWorks has been formed by Mina Welsh and Dawn Hayes. Between them, Mina and Dawn have over 40 years experience of delivering a range of business courses in educational and commercial environments. We see training as a journey. That journey starts with pre-training consultancy and ends with a post training coaching session to ensure knowledge gained is applied in the workplace and ensuring goals and objectives are achieved.
