MEAD, known as the Middle East Auditing (MEAD)-Kuwait, is an auditing, accounting and business-consulting firm, which has been offering personalized and professional services pertinent to Auditing and Accounting to clients in the State of Kuwait since 1980 with branches in Iraq and Qatar, in addition to other related services focusing on business solutions and development. MEAD performance of audit functions shall be in compliance with the International Audit Standards (IAS) and local regulations, using up-to-date techniques, which are adopted consistently worldwide, including necessary tests and procedures to express our opinion pertinent to preparation of financial statements in conformity with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • International Audit Standards require reasonable assurance about the financial statements, and they are void of physical and substantial errors. Nevertheless, our examination focuses on testing the selected samples taken from accounting records. In addition, we advise our clients of any misuse of power and deviations that come to our knowledge during audit works. More importantly, MEAD provides the Management with recommendations that improve decision-making process.
