Middle Way is a for-purpose consultancy working at the intersection of behavioural science, systems thinking, strategic consulting, and data innovation. We support organisations across disability, health, education, and justice to: • Lead complex service design, transformation, and special projects • Apply behavioural science and data to strategy, policy, and evaluation • Strengthen internal systems through business advisory and operational consulting All work is values-driven and impact-focused. Fees are flexible and negotiable—many services are provided pro bono or reinvested into not-for-profit initiatives. We exist to move systems forward with clarity, compassion, and rigour.
