Middleton Manufacturing is the oldest and largest car mat manufacturing Company in the United Kingdom. A family business established over 50 years ago, in the heart of the textile region of the country. The company now producing more than sets per year, using 35 million metres of thread. Middleton Manufacturing produces carpet mats sets from over 150 different qualities and holds over different floor patterns in RHD and LHD formats. Part of a group, Middleton Manufacturing is undergoing a considerable investment program to increase capacity to over 5 million sets per year, allowing the company to export, enter new sectors and eliminate cheap Chinese imported products. It will introduce robotisation from 2019 and the highest industry quality standards. Middleton Manufacturing is a full provider of floor protection from rubber, PVC to textile and lambs wool and a broad range of in-house identification facilities. The company only provides its manufacturing skills and services via resellers a tradition that is fully retained and provides products to the largest retailers, online sellers, motor manufacturers and importers, franchised dealers as well as less traditional railway, caravan and motor home industry sectors. At the beginning of 2018 the company opened a training academy to ensure a constant flow of local and highly skilled staff to support the company and its growth plans, whilst improving service to existing customers.
