The Middletown Harm Reduction Initiative (MHRI) is a harm reduction nonprofit serving people who use drugs (PWUD) in Middlesex County. We are a people-focused collaborative nonprofit committed to providing overdose prevention education and safer-use resources to community members who use drugs. We disseminate naloxone and safer use supplies, run a syringe exchange program, and collaborate with other local community services to ensure high-quality, humane, culturally-cognizant and non-judgmental care to community members from all walks of life.
