This idea began as a napkin sketch. We managed the entire product development process, including technology development, research, patent authoring, test marketing, marketing communications, strategic partnership development and product launch. We recently forged a partnership with Easter Unlimited / Funworld; The leader in the Halloween Decoration Industry. The combined new product line competes through low price, product differentiation and the leap in value created through discontinuous innovation.
