With the easing of regulations in several states, hemp farmers and investors are starting to enjoy the ripe opportunities ahead of them. Modern farming is complex and requires excellent strategic skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal communications. Prioritizing tasks and responsibilities—and being able to react quickly when weather, insects, or social trends affect your plans—requires executive-level judgment. Excellent team-building skills, along with empathy for farmworkers, suppliers, customers, and investors, are critical for a successful farming operation. We are combining well-developed skills in management, relationship-building, landscaping and construction management with formal educations in Horticulture Science and Sustainable Agriculture to make a difference in the organic and sustainable farming world. We are enthusiastic about hemp growing, sustainable organic farming, and the possibilities for the future. Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) are important, but so is sharing tips and insights with our fellow farmers.
