Midland Construction Limited is a South Auckland based civil construction company. Founded in 1986 by the director, Peter Ryan, the company had expanded over the years, and two Directors Karl Bremner and Campbell Barr, joined the board. With the three Directors distinctive specialities, and over 50 years combined experience in the construction field, as a team they have successfully made the business grow rapidly to the present time. Civil construction services that Midland Construction provide includes: road, drainage, retaining walls, water reticulation, site works (floor preparation, footings, services, kerbing, footpaths and vehicle crossings), bulk earthworks, heavy equipment, and truck hire. We pride ourselves as being a member of Site Safe. Site Safe is a national non-profit organisation that creates a health and safety culture in New Zealand’s construction industry through: education, advocacy, engagement and innovation.
