Midtherm Laser specialises in sub-contract laser cutting and forming services. Based in Dudley, West Midlands, we have one of the largest flat-bed laser cutting resources in the UK, providing an efficient and cost-effective service. With our Bystronic CNC laser cutting machines, we are able to produce laser cut profiles to tolerances of +/- 0.25mm and better. Can can cut parts ranging in size from a few millimetres up to 4 metre x 2 metre, from 0.5mm up to 30mm thick. Whilst we mainly cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium, we can also cut none stock grades such as brass, copper and titanium. The process begins with a cad drawing, which can be produced in house, supplied from the customer in DWG, DXF format or scanned from an image or flat blank/template. We are also able to fold profiles up to 4 metres and 250 tonne using our Bystronic CNC Brake Presses. Contact us or have a look on our website for more information.
