Midwest Iec

The Midwest IEC is a non-profit trade organization. It is one chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association (IEC) in over 50 chapters all across the nation. The purpose of the IEC Association is to support the success and advancement of our members within the Independent Electrical Industry. An organization that is dedicated to the education and training initiatives which prepare students for successful careers in our industry. The Midwest IEC has a Department of Labor (DOL), Bureau of Apprenticeship Training (BAT) program. Our brick and mortar training center is located in Crown Point, Indiana, we also offer the areas only online electrical apprenticeship training program. Upon completion of our program, our Apprentices' are issued a Journeyman's license by the Department of Labor.
