SERVICES We have a dedicated service department for repairs and service to all makes of MIG, TIG and MMA arc welding & plasma cutting equipment as well as demonstration facilities for equipment trials and training. SERVICES WE OFFER INCLUDE: Welding advice - technical help, information and solutions to welding problems. Service department - capable of carrying out service and repairs on all makes of welding and cutting machines - in house or on-site. Our own service engineers carry out all work, so we maintain control of service levels and response times - unlike others that use third party companies. Training - Demonstration room for equipment trials as well as process and product training. Hire - we have an extensive fleet of machines for both short and long-term hire. Calibration/Validation - of all types of welding equipment - including the very latest totally digitised machines. Robotics & Automation - quotations for individual items or complete installations. Safety inspections - with certification - for oxy-fuel gas equipment and welding/cutting equipment. L.E.V Tests -(for fume/dust extraction equipment) for compliance with COSHH regulations.
