Mike Sapp Fitness Studio 311 provides personal training to many of Hawaii’s top business executives and community leaders on a daily basis. We continually upgrade our state-of-art equipment and fitness practices and methodology. We conducted over 4,500 private training sessions at the Studio in 2017.
