Gesamtrechtsnachfolge bedeutet, dass das "neue" Unternehmen alle Rechte und Verpflichtungen der "alten" Gesellschaft übernimmt. Also keine Angst, alle Verträge werden we4iterhin erfüllt. Wir sind nach wie vor wir. Auch an den handelnden Personen ändert ich nichts. Die Qualitäten und das Engagaement von unserer Seite bleiben nach wie vor hoch. Auch das ändert sich nicht.
