Milestone Restoration is a full-service construction business that has helped mitigate problematic issues for community and property management companies since 2014. We focus on failed civil systems such as failed roadways, parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, surface and subsurface drainage systems, moisture intrusion, foundation movement, ponding rainwater, eroded areas, and more. We also perform overlot grading, new parking lot construction, storm sewer installation, water line installation, sewer line installation. It was founded by Shay Miles, P.E, who has experience in construction of civil and structural projects dating back to 1992. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. When Shay first started, he experienced similar issues many companies face: the job was not getting done properly. He started as an engineer, and several projects he designed were not being built properly by contractors. He then took matters into his own hands by constructing the projects himself and founded Milestone Restoration, literally from the ground up!
