As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I've had the opportunity to work with children and adults with ASD and other developmental disabilities since 2006. Through my experience working with families and other clinicians, I understand the importance of placing the needs of our families and clinical team above all else. I know that for our patients and families to be successful, our clinical team must be supported and empowered through training, both initial and ongoing, creating a healthy work environment, and developing opportunities for growth throughout their career. By focusing on sustainable growth, MAP can meet the needs of the families we serve and the clinicians who work tirelessly to serve our communities.
