Founded in July 2009, I set out to improve the sales process for the oft-neglected, poorly served and under served Older Adult as well as Special Needs populations. In addition, our deep experience with estates, probate, conservatorship guardianship, reverse mortgages and Mass Health Liens, allows the Milestones Team to protect our clients when court authority is pending and the rest of the real estate world just doesn’t understand why their clients’ can’t sign the agreements as presented.
