The team at Milex Residential has nearly a century of combined experience in home remodeling, renovations, remediations and new construction. Michael DeMaio Senior, a veteran builder and developer with over residential and commercial projects under his belt, has been recognized as a leader in the field since 1982. Under Michael’s apprenticeship, Mike DeMaio Junior and Steve Bohn have spent nearly 2 decades each in the field, diligently learning the various disciplines required to build a home from start to finish. From attention to detail, seeking out quality materials and craftsmanship, to old-fashioned customer service, the Milex approach has been forged in the field. After gaining experience in various specialties of construction and remodeling, including demolition, remediation, historical renovation, project management, and commercial construction, Milex Residential was formed as a vehicle to focus on residential remodeling and new construction.
