We use AI algorithms to assess an individual’s creditworthiness beyond conventional credit scores. This includes analyzing alternative data sources such as psychometric tests, online shopping behavior, and social media reputation. In addition, we also use Machine Learning to analyze tenant behavior and payment patterns to predict the likelihood of default or early exit.
