Military Transition Roundtable

Transition from the military is a never-ending process. At the Military Transition Roundtable, we work with veterans and their families to move from active duty to new careers. We're different from other non-profits as we have our participants embrace a MasterMind process in a small group setting. Using a Zoom link, our groups meet every two weeks to discuss their concerns. What makes us different is that when someone shares a problem, someone else in their group has already discovered a working solution. Michael Brownfiel, one of our participants, shared this observation about the impact we had on his transition with this comment."More people need to know about this it is totally free to the service member/ veteran looking and networking for employment opportunities. This is something that should be discussed in the Transition Assistance Program for all to know about."
