Milkwood Studios is a physiotherapy and Pilates studio in the leafy Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, providing the local community with expert care and tailored restorative exercise. Our physio-led Pilates groups are a little different: you'll be guided through a unique program each time you come, according to your body's needs on that day. Our experienced physiotherapists can treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues to get you back in action. We have a strong focus on teaching you strategies to avoid further injury down the track, and gain strength and stability through movement.
